HOW DO I GET TICKETS?

You can buy tickets online or you can buy tickets at the door, which are subject to availability. Booking online is the only way to guarantee your appointment time.

ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?

Walk-ins are welcome, but not guaranteed due to private sessions and capacity. Online reservations are recommended or call ahead

WHEN DO I ARRIVE? IS THERE A TIME LIMIT?

Please arrive 5-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so we can check you in and connect your phone to a Bluetooth remote. You will receive one hour of studio time and can take as many photos as you like within the hour!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and cash. No checks, please.

DO YOU HAVE PROMOS/ DAILY DEALS?

Mondays: $5 off all walk-ins when mentioning the Monday deal.
Wednesdays: Teens Day $20 for a 2hr session

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES ALLOWED INSIDE?

Food and beverages are not allowed inside so please finish all food and drink prior to entering.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

Please bring your fully charged phone/camera and good vibes! We have a huge restroom so feel free to bring a change of clothes, too. We offer a coat rack but recommend that you leave shopping bags and bulky items in your vehicle since we cannot be responsible for lost or missing items.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable; however, you can reschedule for a later date/time at no charge if you contact us prior to your scheduled appointment.

CAN I BRING MY PROFESSIONAL CAMERA?

Absolutely! You may bring your DSLR camera but we do not allow any extra photography equipment without prior permission.
